A great crossing of the Sahara, through dunes, oases and plateaus, offering a deep physical and human immersion in the Moroccan desert.
You arrive in the land of the setting sun — Morocco. Marrakech, the ochre city, welcomes you. Marhababikoum!
Transfer towards adventure. Cross the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m), then continue through the stunning landscapes of the Drâa Valley and the Anti-Atlas. Meet our camel team and begin your trek. Walk through a landscape of dunes and tamarisk trees. Dinner and overnight in tents.
The vast Sahara opens up before you, with the Hamada of Drâa stretching into the distance. During this trek, you will cross oases, palm groves, dunes, abandoned villages, the great Erg Chegaga, and a sacred water spring.
You cross the Bani mountain range at higher altitude, passing a mountain pass with spectacular panoramic views.
The final stage takes you through a beautiful rocky valley before reaching a small pass. You then overlook the vast Faija plateau, dotted with acacia trees and a few green farms.
Return to the urban world… and tomorrow begins again.
