Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Terres & Voyages Maroc and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “the client”) making a booking or requesting a service via the website or directly through the agency. Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Offered

Nature of services Terres & Voyages offers tailor-made travel services, including:

Tour circuits and stays in Morocco
Excursions and hiking trips
Cultural and adventure stays
Accommodation and related services
Organisation of customised trips

2. Booking

Booking process Any booking becomes effective after:

Confirmation of the request by the agency
Written confirmation (email or contract)
Payment of the required deposit

3. Prices

Pricing Prices are indicated in euros (€) or Moroccan dirhams (MAD), depending on the quotation provided. They include only the services mentioned in the confirmed programme. Not included Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included:

International flights
Travel insurance
Personal expenses
Tips
Services not mentioned in the programme

4. Payment Terms

Deposit and balance A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the stay. The remaining balance must be paid before departure or according to the terms specified in the quotation. Payment methods Payments can be made by:

Bank transfer
Credit/debit card
Other methods specified by the agency

5. Changes and Cancellation

Changes by the client Any change request must be communicated as soon as possible and is subject to acceptance and availability. Cancellation by the client In case of cancellation, fees may apply depending on the cancellation date and local service provider conditions. Cancellation by the agency In case of force majeure or inability to perform the service, Terres & Voyages reserves the right to cancel or modify the trip, offering an alternative solution or a refund.

6. Liability

Agency responsibility Terres & Voyages acts as an organiser and intermediary between the client and local service providers. The agency cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control (delays, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

7. Insurance

Recommendation It is strongly recommended that clients take out travel insurance covering:

Cancellation
Medical assistance
Repatriation
Luggage

8. Client Obligations

Behaviour The client agrees to behave in accordance with local laws, traditions, and people encountered during the trip. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in exclusion from the trip without refund.

9. Force Majeure

Definition Force majeure includes natural disasters, conflicts, government restrictions, or any unforeseeable event preventing the execution of the trip. In such cases, neither party can be held responsible.

10. Complaints
